Bullet Journal Mood Tracker

What is a Mood Tracker?

A mood tracker is one of our favourite Bullet Journal pages. It is a spread that is set up to measure your mood over the day/month/year. This can be one of the most creative pages in your journal and one we definitely recommend everyone includes.

Mood trackers can be set out any way you wish so your own creativity is the only limit. Some people like to just have one tracker for each day, others like to set it up with two identical trackers that are used to measure mood AM and PM. At SanDanDesigns we like to use a variety of both styles.

What Moods get measured?

You can really measure any sort of mood you can think of. Some of the most popular moods included in mood trackers are…

  • Happy
  • Stressed
  • Anxious
  • Sad
  • Hurt
  • Productive
  • Excited
  • Meh
  • Unwell/ill
  • Nervous
  • Exhausted

There are plenty more moods that could also be measured. Usually most mood tracker spreads have 6-8 moods included to measure from.

Mood trackers work really well In combination with other bujo spreads such as stress trackers and pain trackers. Keeping a track of these sorts of things over time allows you to see if there is a pattern between different things such as mood and pain or mood and stress.
